Has it happened to you that you try a lot of wellness tools and feel like nothing ends up working?
I've been there too. For years, I clung to affirmations, vision boards, guided meditations...
Every now and then, it seemed like something would improve, but then everything would come back to the same point. Sometimes even worse.

In the most challenging moments - those that today I clearly identify as VUCA times (vulnerability, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) -
I found myself facing a single question that insisted like an echo: Is there anything else I can do?

The answer came in the form of practice: attunement.
A subtle and powerful tool that allowed me to equalize my way of being and being, in tune with life itself.
Not only did I become aware of the connection of my being with my physical body, my emotions and thoughts, but I opened the door to the deep language of my energetic and spiritual body.

If you want to take the first steps on this path of equalizing your story, you have three alternatives available:

1.- BOOK CLUB
I invite you to the free online book club on the introduction to the book “Visioning” by Michael Beckwith that talks about this technique.

For our classes we use cutting-edge technology: a virtual platform where you can find all the class materials, share your ideas and discoveries, keep yourself in private communication with your classmates through Forums. The learning platform is accessible 24 hours a day. To communicate by sound and video we use video conferencing technology during weekly classes. If required, we have an advisor on hand to train you in technology before the start of class. Classes are recorded and a log of everything written is kept.

Classes are limited to 12 students, in order to support each student in the most personal way possible. Classes consist of 3 hours in current time and are recorded; so in case of absence you can listen to everything that was said, see the presentations that were made, listen to the recorded meditations and / or exercises and send your questions and comments. The material is available to students 24 hours and up to three weeks after completing the course.

• Basic (or superior) knowledge of Word or another word processor. You will need to create essays and submit projects.
